Dij is a Melbourne based and has demonstrated a history of working with large to mid size organisations such as Coles, British Petroleum (BP) and ADP.

He has headed up the Talent Engagement function for Slalom Australia, which is being rolled out within the APAC region. 

 

He has extensive experience in coaching candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. He has a blend of experience working in Strategic Sourcing, Projects and End-to-End Talent Acquisition.

Dij specialises in recruitment for Information Technology but over the years he has recruited for Finance, Retail, Aged Care, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing.
