Our founder
CollabPathways was founded by Dij Thulasi — a Talent Acquisition leader with over 12 years of in-market APAC experience across enterprise organisations including NAB, Coles Group, and Australian Unity.
Dij built CollabPathways from a simple observation: the best hiring and career tools are built by people who've lived the problem. Every feature in PeerRefer and CollabCoach was shaped by real recruiter and candidate experience — not product hypotheses.
